"What's Rich Doing?" – Exactly what you will be doing! That's right, travel to CrossFit Mayhem and train with Rich Froning, various CrossFit Mayhem Team members and coaches over the course of 3 days. Interact with Rich, the team and coaches discussing training programs, nutrition, recovery, dealing with weaknesses, and goal setting.
