If you are not satisfied with your item(s), and they are not damaged, we will be happy to accept the item back, assuming it is in good condition and has NOT been WORN or WASHED

ONLINE ORDERS

Returns and exchanges will be honored up to 30 DAYS after the receipt of the item based on the shipping notifications for USPS. 

Online Orders: Getting a Refund

Shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item back. HOWEVER, if you have an issue with your item(s), please complete the Return Form on the back of the packing invoice you received in your package, contact us at sales@crossfitmayhem.com and we will send you a return shipping label free of charge. 

Online Orders: Exchanges

Item(s) may be exchanged. Customer will be responsible for exchange shipping if item(s) are not damaged. Please contact us before returning item(s) at sales@crossfitmayhem.com

Online Orders: Damages

Shipping will be paid for by CrossFit Mayhem if item(s) are damaged. Please contact us at sales@crossfitmayhem.com prior to sending your item(s).

IN STORE PURCHASES

To return items in the store, you must provide your original receipt within 30 days of the original purchase.

In-Store Purchases: Getting a Refund

Please return the item in the store. If it is not possible to bring the item to the store, shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item back. Please contact us at sales@crossfitmayhem.com prior to shipping it back to let us know it is being returned.
