Returns & Exchanges
- If you are not satisfied with your item(s), and they are not damaged, we will be happy to accept the item back, assuming it is in good condition and has not been worn or washed.
Returns and exchanges will be honored up to 45 days after the receipt of the item based on the shipping notifications for USPS.
Online Orders: Getting a Refund
- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for returns that need a refund (minus the shipping) and shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item back. If you have an issue with your items, please complete the Return Form on the back of the packing invoice you received in your package and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, prior to shipping it back to let us know.
Online Orders: Exchange an Item
- If the item does not fit or it is not what was expected and you would like to return the item to exchange for another size or item, the item can be returned to us. Shipping will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we will email a discount code for the cost of the item(s) to order what you would like online. Please email us at email@example.com prior to sending your item so we can make sure to look out for it.
Online Orders: Did we make a mistake or something is wrong?
- Please be aware, we are only human and sometimes make mistakes when processing an order. If you receive the wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for the correct one as long as it has not been worn and/or washed. If your item was damaged and we need to pay for a return, we can issue an RMA for the shipping. Please do not return the item prior to contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you choose to ship the item without getting an RMA first, we will not reimburse the amount for shipping.
PURCHASES MADE IN THE STORE
To return items in the store, you must provide your original receipt and it must be within 30 days of the original purchase.
In-Store Purchases: Getting a Refund
- Please return the item in the store. If it is not possible to bring the item to the store, shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item back. - If you would like to exchange the item for another size or style, please return the item to the store and we will exchange the item for one of equal value or apply the amount towards your purchase.
