We are a CrossFit box first. We will do our best to get you the items you order within a reasonable timeframe. However, we only ship items three times a week (usually Mon, Wed & Fri OR Sat - more when we have the time) and it is processed in the morning. Any orders after 10am on those days will be processed and shipped the next scheduled ship day. The shipping you choose will not include the days prior to processing, it includes only the timeframe after the package has been processed and scanned in by the Post Office. We will ship everything via United States Postal Service. We can ship within the US, internationally, and definitely to APO's.
We now use UPS and US Postal Service (USPS) for international shipping.
For UPS, it will cost a little more, but will arrive at any of the countries we deliver to within 5 days and will be tracked door to door.
For USPS please be aware that depending on the destination the shipping time could be from 2-3 weeks (UK, Canada) to 4-5 weeks (South Africa, Australia, New Zealand) or longer and the tracking is inconsistent due to the change of hands in the process from USPS to the destination country's postal service.
Additional Customs Fees & Taxes: Please make sure to check with your country to check and see if you will be charged additional customs fees when the package arrives.
Returns & Exchanges:
- If you are not satisfied with your item(s), and they are not damaged, we will be happy to accept the item back for a store credit, assuming it is in good condition and has not been worn or washed. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged for returns that need a refund (minus the shipping) and shipping will be paid by the customer. If you have an issue with your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, prior to shipping it back to let us know.
- Please be aware, we are only human and sometimes make mistakes when processing an order. If you receive the wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for the correct one as long as it has not been worn and/or washed. If your item was damaged and we need to pay for a return, we can issue an RMA for the shipping. Please do not return the item prior to contacting us. If you choose to ship the item without getting an RMA first, we will not reimburse the amount for shipping.
