Episode 73: Haley Adams

Haley Adams joins the usual cast of Rich, Jim, and Elly. Haley placed 6th at the 2019 CrossFit Games while also earning the title Rookie of the Year. Adams won the title Fittest Teen on Earth (16-17 year old girls) in 2018. She had previously appeared in the 2017 and 2018 Regionals as an Individual woman.
