Women's Running Shorts: Cool Grey

If heaven were shorts

I bought these in black, grey, and navy blue and I’m obsessed with all of them. They fit so cute. I am able to reach a full range of motion in my hips with no restriction or worries of tearing like some other shorts. The liner isn’t restricting either and it’s actually pretty comfortable. They are a quality fabric and they are a nice length that nothing falls out the bottom. The only thing I wish they did have is a drawstring. For size reference, I’m 5’10”, size 6 and size M in most pants/ leggings, and a size medium is a dream fit. If more colors are released, I will absolutely purchase more.

Not running shorts

First let me say I LOVE these shorts. I love how they fit. I love the fabric. They are well made, so they will last years. If they were NOT advertised as running shorts, I would give them a SIX star!! But they are advertised as running shorts. They ride up in the middle if you have real thighs. Running shorts should not ride up in the middle. The pocket is so small a phone can hardly be fit in it. If you get it in there it’s not accessible during your run. If you put your phone or keys or anything heavier than a gel pack, the bouncing from the running is super annoying and you run the risk of the bounce causing parts of you to show that you do not want to show. I would and likely WILL purchase the other colors as I need new shorts, but not to run in. I will CrossFit in them. I will go do my “mom” things like kids’ games and taxi’ing them around. But I will not ever use them to run again.
