Shipping & Delivery
We are a CrossFit box first and we work together to get your orders fulfilled. We will ship the orders once a week and more often when possible. Shipments will be sent via United States Postal Service First-Class mail in the US, but we do offer a UPS option for international shipments. The international USPS shipments take quite a bit longer than the UPS shipments (within 5 days). Our web site has been setup to give you a quote for shipping. In the case of a large order or international orders we may have to charge additional fees. 
Privacy & Security
We will not use your information for anything other than items related to your orders.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), and they are not damaged, we will be happy to accept the item back for a store credit, assuming it is in good condition and has not been worn or washed. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged for returns that need a refund (minus the shipping) and shipping will be paid by the customer. If you have an issue with your items, please contact us at sales@crossfitmayhem.com, prior to shipping it back to let us know.
Please be aware, we are only human and sometimes make mistakes when processing an order. If you receive the wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for the correct one as long as it has not been worn and/or washed. If your item was damaged and we need to pay for a return, we can issue an RMA for the shipping. Please do not return the item prior to contacting us. If you choose to ship the item without getting an RMA first, we will not reimburse the amount for shipping.
Ordering
You can order online through our CF Mayhem store. If you are in the area, you are welcome to drop by and purchase an item at the box. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment will be at the time of purchase. If using the online store, you will be prompted to pay at the Checkout. We are setup for payments through Stripe and PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If you come in to the box, we currently accept cash and credit card. Prices are stated and do not include tax.
Viewing Orders
Through our online software you can view your order. If you register on our site, just view your information through your account. 
Updating Account Information
If you create an account through the online store, you can update the information as necessary. If you have an issue with your password, the best we can do is reset it and send you a new one. For a password reset, email sales@crossfitmayhem.com.
International Orders - Buyers Please NOTE
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
